Kontakt we wszystkich sprawach dotyczących danych: kontakt@voidscale.pl.
02Jakie dane zbieramy
- adres e-mail, który wpisujesz w formularzu,
- datę i godzinę zapisu oraz informację o zaznaczeniu zgody,
- język strony w chwili zapisu (PL lub EN),
- dane techniczne potrzebne do działania strony i wysyłki, np. adres IP, przetwarzane przez dostawców opisanych w punkcie 04.
03Po co i na jakiej podstawie
- Wysyłka tapet i wiadomości o premierze i przedsprzedaży na podstawie Twojej zgody (art. 6 ust.
04Komu powierzamy dane
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting strony, przechowywanie listy (baza danych w Europie Zachodniej) i statystyki odwiedzin bez plików cookies.
06Twoje prawa
Możesz też złożyć skargę do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).
07Pliki cookies i pamięć przeglądarki
08Zmiany
Jeśli zmienimy tę politykę, zaktualizujemy datę na górze strony. O istotnych zmianach napiszemy do osób z listy.
Effective from 2 October 2026
Privacy policy
In short: we only collect your email address, to send the wallpapers and tell you when GP-01 launches. We don't sell it, don't share it with advertisers, and delete it when you unsubscribe.
01Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Adam Szymczak (the VOIDSCALE project). Contact for anything about your data: kontakt@voidscale.pl.
02What we collect
- the email address you enter in the form,
- the date and time you signed up, and the fact that you ticked the consent box,
- the language of the page you signed up on (PL or EN),
- technical data needed to run the site and send email, such as your IP address, processed by the providers listed in section 04.
03Why, and on what legal basis
- Sending the wallpapers and news about the launch and pre-orders, based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, and consent to receive commercial information by email).
- Keeping proof of that consent (when you signed up, the confirmation click, and which version of the consent text you agreed to), based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Giving your address is voluntary, but without it we can't send anything. We don't profile you or make automated decisions about you.
04Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosts the site, stores the list (in a Western Europe database) and provides cookie-free visit statistics.
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA): sends the emails.
Both process data only on our instructions. Where either transfers data outside the European Economic Area, this relies on a European Commission adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
05How long
Until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. After that we remove your address from the list and keep only a record that you unsubscribed, so we never email you again. If the project doesn't go ahead, we delete the whole list.
06Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email, or by writing to the address in section 01. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect anything done lawfully before.
You can also complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw), or to the authority in your own EU country.
07Cookies and browser storage
This site uses no cookies. It only remembers your chosen language in your browser's storage (localStorage); that never reaches us. Fonts and scripts are served from our own server, so the site doesn't connect to Google or other third-party services.
08Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. We'll email the list about any significant change.
